FATA Aluminum considers spare parts and service a key element of the operating costs of its customers and hence of the Return on Investment (ROI) and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) of their equipment.
In addition, it is our belief that the efficiency in terms of time and costs of these services are an integral part of our strategy of selling quality equipment on the basis of “value” worldwide to all our global customers.
We operate with our customers on the basis of “partnership” from the initial definition of the project and purchase order and throughout the life of the equipment with a consistent and transparent approach aimed at maximizing the customer return on the investment and the ability of his team to support the equipment.
With this in mind we provide a wide variety of support services to integrate the basic supply of spare parts such as:
